No. 51  Cog Hill No. 4 Dubsdread

A short 30 mile drive from downtown Chicago. Rural suburbia. Beautiful cool and breezy spring day. Lush green fairways and greens. Mostly flat with some elevation change mostly on the back nine. Lots of sand trouble to be had in both fairway and well protected greens. Cute water fountain stations abound. Staff very pleasant, but not particularly helpful. Pro shop and snack bars fair. Great course, would definitely play again anytime.

No. 19 Streamsong Red, Bowling Green, FL

Much more playable course than Blue, thus more enjoyable walk. Another hot day with blue skies and white clouds. What a few fun days of golf with besties.

No. 24 Streamsong Blue Bowling Green, FL

First Ladies golf trip with Jill Doyle and Mary Frances Restrepo. Beautiful warm, breezy day with blue sky and white clouds abounding. Walked with caddie. Firm greens with tight lies, not much water trouble, bunker sand consistent and well groomed. Interesting topography - old Mosaic phosphate mine. Big gators. Facilities are top notch with plenty to do for non-golfers — spa, shooting, infinity edge pool, fishing.
