Spicers Quest

In 2018 my husband Jim retired from corporate life and we settled in the heart of the low country of South Carolina. Golf has been a large part of our recreational lives since moving to Florida in 1998. Settling into retirement proved a challenge and thus was born my quest to golf the top 100 public golf courses in the United States. We were able to fit in eight courses before COVID threw a wrench in the works. Happily we are back on the road this summer (2021) and the quest continues…

Unranked Reflection Bay Lake Las Vegas NV

A side course off Spicers Quest. Beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountains and man made lake. Overall course conditions were very good considering it was the winter season. Greens were a tad bumpy, green side collars were scrappy, bunkers were thin. Biggest negative — net only practice area. The club house and pro shop were very weak.
